Privacy policy

1. Operator and scope
Blue Lab provides the Repnote Android app. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, contact support@repnote.site. This policy applies to the app and its information website.
2. Information handled by the app
Routines, sets, weights, reps, RIR, rest durations, workout dates, body weight and progress photos you choose are used to log workouts and show changes.
This information is stored on your device. Workout records and photos are not sent to a Blue Lab server. The app does not require an account.
Completed-workout identifiers used to count the trial, and purchase receipts and signatures used to verify Google Play access, are stored on the device. The app does not receive payment card information.
3. Google Play payments and external services
One-time purchases, purchase queries and purchase acknowledgement use Google Play Billing. Google may process Google account, payment and service-use information under its own policies. The app verifies purchase evidence to unlock access. Workout records and photos are not included in payment requests. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google's processing practices.
4. Permissions and your choices
Notifications are used for the rest timer and completion alerts. You can use workout logging even if notification permission is denied.
Photos are captured through the system camera app or selected through the system file picker. The app imports only the files you choose and does not request access to your entire photo library.
Backups are exported to a location you select. If you choose a cloud drive, that provider's policies apply. Backup ZIP files are not encrypted; store them in a safe location.
5. Retention and deletion
Records and photos remain until you delete them, clear app data in Android Settings or uninstall the app. Previous saves used for recovery and original data kept during migration may contain records from before a deletion. A subsequent save replaces the previous-save snapshot. Migration and recovery originals are removed when app data is cleared. You must separately delete backups exported outside the app. Google Play purchase history follows Google's retention policy.
6. Contact and the website
When you email us, your email address and message are used to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send unnecessary workout photos or sensitive information. Information no longer needed after resolution is deleted, except where applicable law requires retention.
Technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request details may be processed to deliver and secure the website. The website does not collect workout records or photos, use advertising or visitor-analytics scripts, or provide accounts.
7. Protection and your rights
App data uses Android's app-specific storage. You can delete records and export backups through the app, and request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information held by the operator. The app is not designed for children and does not require you to provide sensitive information.
8. Changes and contact
